Originals are stored first. Extraction never writes the seed library. High-impact matches wait in review. ZIP/PDF bytes belong on your own server CLI if they are large.

Place the full export at sources/original/conversations/ and run npm run oc -- ingest path/to/export.md. Browser storage cannot hold a multi-megabyte archive. GitHub + systemd: docs/SELF_HOST.md.
